Since it's foundation in 1987, the company has scored national television campaigns for clients such as McDonald's, Swiffer, Tide, Nissan, NAPA Auto Parts, Simmons Mattress, Febreze, Crest, Nationwide Insurance, Nivea For Men, Prilosec and Olay. There are literally hundreds more. Film and television work includes music arranging and voice recording for Disney's “Fox and the Hound II”. Pre-scoring and audio services for Warner Brothers "Space Jam" and Disney's "The Little Mermaid II", “Tarzan II”, and “101 Dalmatians Patch’s London Adventure”. Circa created opening theme music for Discovery Channel Germany’s “Money Coach”, “Beyond 2000”, and “Fish ‘N Fun”. Circa scored and mixed the Audience Award winning documentary “On A Roll” for PBS’s “Independent Lens” series hosted by Susan Sarandon. Leading the company is Composer/Producer Allen DiCenzo, an energetic chatterbox, who writes over 200 musical compositions a year. It is Allen's extreme stylistic versatility and the unique artistic vision he brings to each score that keep Circa's clients coming back project after project.
Circa’s success in music has allowed it to build an amazing facility designed for, and experienced in 5.1 surround mixing for HDTV commercials—still rare in the industry. Jennifer Agnew, Circa’s chief engineer, is credited for hundreds of television, film and radio projects that are brought to Circa annually for audio post services. While Circa works for clients from around the world at its main facility in Columbus Ohio, it also maintains ISDN-line based studios in New York City (Chelsea), and Los Angeles (Santa Monica) to access talented actors, singers and composers. While Circa’s ftp server, and high speed data tubes accommodate long distance working relationships, clients regularly make the trek to work in Circa’s ‘day-spa’ environment. TOUR FACILITY |
